The following was the live in-game feed.
Â
Joey Romansky is the starter for the Quakers, on a game taking place in the Spring Training Stadium of the Atlanta Braves.
Â
In the top of the first Evan Tarr scores after a stolen base and a productive ground ball hit by Liam Kirsch. Timothy Christian picks up two unearned runs in the bottom half, as errors continue to plague the Quakers.
Â
Quakers go down in order in the second, with James Klusaritz being robbed of an outfield hit, with the Timothy Christian shortstop making a terrific leaping grab. Robbie Goodman's long drive to center is knocked down by the wind and snagged by their centerfielder. Romansky delivers a scoreless inning for Sidwell.
Â
Ankit Patel leads off the inning with a single down the left field line. Alvaro Bruetman follows with a hit, and Evan Tarr tacks on a two-RBI hit up the middle to put the Quakers up 3-2. In the bottom half, Timothy Christian's first three batters get on to load the bases, but Romansky draws a shallow fly ball, strikes out a batter, and rolls a ground ball to get out of the jam.
Â
In the fourth Justin Hurley leads off with a line drive single, steals two bases and scores on a two-out RBI by Ben Steel. Another clean inning on defense for the Quakers, who maintain a 4-2 lead.
Â
Andrew Rabinowitz hits a two-out double over the left fielder but is stranded at second. Romansky pitches a fifth and final inning. Timothy Christian scores one on a sacrifice fly to right. Adrian Vera will be on the mound in the sixth.
Â
Nate Freishtat singles with one out in the sixth, but he is caught trying to steal second. Vera throws a 1-2-3 inning to hold the lead.
Â
Quakers scoreless in the 7th. Robbie Goodman replaces Vera in a save situation. 2-3-4 up for Timothy Christian. First batter flies out to Hurley in shallow center. Next batter walks and advances on a wild pitch. Third batter flies out to shallow center, and the final batter of game hits a long fly ball to left field, but it is easily secured by left fielder Nate Freishtat.
