1st...TOP...A tough Loyola pitcher keeps SFS off balance and strikes out the side...BOTTOM...big inning for Loyola with several hits and an error, giving them eight runs (two earned). With two outs Chase Migas relieves Yamazaki. One more run in on a passed ball but then Migas records a strikeout to end the inning.
2nd...TOP...Two hit-and-runs help move some Sidwell runners around to score the team's first run (on a wild pitch)...BOTTOM...Migas works hard but has a tough time recording an out and is relieved by Ethan Kohn who enters with the bases loaded and no outs. Loyola plates seven runs (six earned.) Kohn records two strikeouts.
3rd...TOP...Sidwell makes good contact but goes down in order...BOTTOM...Patterson relieves Kohn. Three quick strikes for a strikeout and then a routine groundball fielded nicely by Yamazaki and thrown across the diamond for out number two. Another strikeout makes for a great inning for the Quakers.
4th...TOP...Ethan Kohn and George Marcou record line drive singles to the outfield but are stranded. Score remains 15-1. BOTTOM...Along with a BB and a HBP, Patterson rolls a ground ball and gets two popups for a scoreless fourth inning.
5th...TOP...Quakers get line drive hits from Shane Tierney and Max Kohn and load the bases but can't push any runs across. Game ends early due to the 10-run rule.
