After three innings, Sidwell had established a 7-1 lead over Walls. A bit of complacency set in, and the Penguin bats heated up -- with Walls closing the gap over the final frames. The game ended with a score of 7-5 in favor of the Quakers.
Six different Quakers recorded hits, with John McMurray leading the way -- as he did all week. McMurray recorded three hits on the day, including a double.
Kevin Carpenter-Holmes started, pitched four innings, and earned the win.
